Pros

- Our TAF's code base was easy to maintain and scalable, fun to work with - I had the chance to go to foundation and advanced level sw testing courses

Cons

- My team was hard to communicate with - I had to drive things that was outside of my jobs scope and wasn't excited about those tasks
