      Pros

      I love working with the people and population that I work with. Every day it's a new adventure. The people are loving and supportive and the kids are just magical and amazing. It's like watching miracles happen before your very eyes.

      Cons

      The pay does not cover your cost of living. You will need to work multiple jobs in order to survive the economy or have a slush fund to fall back on. Plan on working your butt off for very little pay.
