Pros

None, way overpriced toxic workplace

Cons

Basically have to scam anybody into buying the roofing systems because you’re two times as much as anybody else everybody there lies and is toxic and pretends like they know what they’re doing. We absolutely have no idea and then wanna make you feel like you’re a piece of crap because they have a bunch of self-esteem issues run do not work here. It’s a complete waste of time. It does not work out for most people. Usually only one person that get the leads or you have to fight to cherry pick them along with the rest of the snakes.

Pros

Money can be substantial with long hours

Cons

No company vehicle provided from a $2 billion company that does nearly $1 billion a year in revenue pretty cheap all the way around the board and pathetic. You pay for your own gas you drive two hours away in every direction. Sure you can make some money, but can you do it consistently. Low base salary.
