Pros

There are so many pros to working at Erie and Niagara. Not only are the benefits amazing, but management truly cares about their employees. Profit sharing, pension, and platinum health plans are hard to find at other places. I also love the flexible work schedule. Great group of people to work with!

Cons

There aren't many cons for ENIA. It is a smaller organization but there is still room to grow in most departments. The company is very willing to pay for trainings you are interested in.

Pros

Not many pros. The employees are not respected, pay is horrible, management is not trustworthy .

Cons

There are many con's to working here. Poor pay, poor treatment of employees, hr and management will defend each other even when there is a real issue. They do not handle employee situations with grace or tact. It will not matter how much you give of yourself or how much pride you take in your work, they are disrespectful and have been known to insult their employees in very passive aggressive ways.
