Pros

1. Company culture looks great, quaterly meets, engaging sessions. 2. Work load is comparatively less. 3. Good collaboration between the Belgium team and India team.

Cons

1. Due to mass hiring, the competition/quality is not great. Code quality is medoicre. You dont feel like pushing boundaries and grow after sometime. 2. Too many decision taking people.
