Pros

Dedicated people. Small company where everybody knows everyone. Nice combination of hardware and software. Small market and Esko is known as a top player in that market.

Cons

Had to travel too much and changing internally was somehow not easy. Had the feeling they rather keep you on the same spot forever then providing a career path. Like in many companies management is not enabling their people and more looking after themselves.
