Pros
If you're willing to put the effort in, you can make your career here. As a Danaher Operating Company you get the benefits of the big conglomerate and at Esko you are still at a relatively small company where you can get to know everyone. They have leadership training programs and are weaving D+I into the culture.
Cons
You have to be careful to set your boundaries or you could find yourself working really long hours. It's on the individual to know limits and create the life balance and it's not easy to do, but can be done.
