We love having coop students, they actively participate and during our recent Values Sessions, we had a lot of positive feedback from current employees on how they add value to the teams, by bringing fresh new ideas to the table. It is also a great way to recruit for future employees.

Pros

Colleagues foster a friendly, social place to work. The help and support are there, whether it be from managers or team mates, when it's needed. Everyone understands the intended goal and innovative solutions get built to really touch problems. Good benefits package and excellent salary as a recent graduate. Cambridge manager is excellent. Encourage continuing professional development.

Cons

Agile process is still somewhat infantile, but the company have made great strides since they first implemented it. A lot of bureaucratic overhead can make development difficult. Limited scope for progression past mid-level.
