Pros

Great mission, inspiring leadership, smart people. Beautiful campus in Redlands. Flexible work from home schedules. Ability to bank overtime is really nice. Excellent health and retirement benefits.

Cons

Redlands is very expensive and pay does not keep pace with the cost of living/housing in California. Work-life balance can be very unbalanced with work in the evenings and on weekends expected regularly. Vacation time is standard and inadequate for how stressful the job can be. Lack of pay transparency is annoying.

Pros

Collaborative and relaxed culture, flexible working hours, flexible vacation policy (banking hours), company mission, horizontal growth opportunities, entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

Limited opportunity for vertical growth. Lack of commission incentivizes below-average salespeople to stay and good ones to leave. Below average pay for industry standards (tech). No stock, and no bonuses.
