Pros

Direct teammates are talented and fun to work with. High regard for accessibility practices. Flexible schedule and hybrid work environment. Communities of Practice for company-wide knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Cons

While you get paid for overtime which can also be banked as personal leave, the amount of accrual of vacation time per years worked could be better. Depending on the team/product you are on, you could experience micromanagement and burnout.

Pros

Could be a good place if you are a male.

Cons

Their maternity time off period and "wage" is pathetic. Don't expect anything to change soon. Do not join if this is important for you.

Pros

The values of the company are in line with my own.

Cons

The company provides very little opportunity for advancement. The pay in not competitive. It is expected that you work overtime at standard hourly pay to compete with pay provided by competitors.
