Pros

Good benefits - 401k, profit sharing, FSA, Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO (limited)

Cons

They're struggling to retain people because their pay structure hasn't kept up with the rising cost of living from inflation, their yearly raises are miniscule, they are pulling back on working remote, the job heirarchy is flat-structured so its hard to move up the ranks. In some cases, a single director manages 3-4 large teams and in some cases you have too many managers for the same tasks! HR is slow and incompetent - by the time you hear from them you have got a job offer elsewhere, and they dont try to retain you - the exit interview is more like a "Goodbye, i t was nice to have you here"!
