Pros

- Excellent healthcare benefits Health insurance for medical, dental and vision is fully paid by the company for the employee and spouse. Employees don't have to pay a single dollar towards the health insurance. For kid, there is a nominal payment of approx. $25 per paycheck. Health benefits are excellent at Esri. - Excellent work life balance People respect others time and are professional. Nobody expects a reply to an email or work related updates outside of business hours. - Products are innovative Esri has a lot of good products which is used by thousands of users. - Beautiful campus at Redlands HQ

Cons

- Salary is average Salary is not competitive according to the market rate. - Flat hierarchy Not a lot of opportunities to rise up the ladder in the job title and responsibilities. - Company is privately held, so stocks as part of the compensation is not an option.
