      - Purpose-driven company with best-in-class technology - Large, matrixed organization gives you the opportunity to learn new things constantly. - Many of the "rock stars" of GIS work here, and with such a casual and approachable environment, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and mentorship.

      Cons

      - The marketing organization is experiencing growing pains, and scrambling to compensate for management challenges by doubling down on processes. - Would like to see more collaborative leadership in marketing - less playing into toxic politics and more encouragement of teamwork, feedback, and innovation. - Marketing management extends very little trust to its teams, leading to micromanagement and little flexibility to create the quality of work you desire.
