      Pros

      Great people and teaching opportunities. It's a great company to start your career and secure company.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to other companies. It's really not enough money starting out with the increase of rent in most places but you do stay for the people and security. The raises are sometimes more and more by year but like I said it's not comparable to other places with similar qualifications

      If you are looking for a stable place to work for the next 20+ years- look no more - that's the one. Steady and slow. Lower than average pay, but hey, it's like a savings vs forex account. That's "savings".

      Cons

      Lower than average salaries. Hourly-based. Overtime is welcome in some teams.
