      Pros

      Flexibility, benefits, really good colleagues, fun product. Esri definitely has a monopoly on the GIS market.

      Cons

      Flat company. Products can be really undervalued and buggy. Platform has expanded too much without ensuring quality rises throughout at the same time.

      There is so much movement around the company you can feel stagnant. Company decisions like corporate approvals can take weeks to fulfill Asking for a raise is futile
