Cons

Upward movement can be challenging.

Pros

Esri has state-of-the-art location intelligence software. They are truly the front runners in the spatial analysis industry. Their portfolio of software is simply amazing. Work environment is positive and overall energy is great.

Cons

They should become more flexible with relocation and encourage employees to work remotely.
