      Great environment for an internship

      It is an international environment, busy headquarters and a very nice campus. People are open to talk and discuss their projects

      Cons

      The size of the campus and number of teams can be hectic and make it hard to be aware of what teams are working on

      Company is dedicated to their employees, treats them like family. Excellent work/life balance, and the company's mission/vision is embraced by the entire organization.

      Cons

      Lack of sophisticated business processes sometimes hinders efficiency. Important to know how to navigate the relationships to be successful.

      Pay is a little lower than I would like and it would be nice to have more company events where the employees get together.
