      Pros

      It's one of the most important social enterprises in the world, and punching far above it's weight class.

      Cons

      Because it's punching far above it's weight class, and it's a flat organization, the working environment can tend to be a bit reactive. This is changing and the organization and leadership are evolving towards more strategic (vs. tactics) modes of operations.

      Solid company to work for

      Stable company. promotes growth and challenges employees. Company has a mission of making the world a better place. Great people to work with,

      Cons

      Company is a little bit "old style" when it comes to management. Change is hard (despite what is advertised). You mileage will vary depending on what group you are in. Compensation is not up to par with other tech companies
