- This is an environment where you are encouraged to learn and get outside of your comfort zone - Resources and access to industry standard software - Talented people who are open to collaborate - Ability to find a niche area of interest inside of the GIS industry - You will get work with domestic and global customers on a wide variety of topics - Awesome benefits!

Cons

- Limited advancement - No overtime pay

Pros

Very friendly environment. Easy to fit in. The benefits are amazing and you can really learn a lot from your peers. Love it here!!

Cons

not very way to move up in the company. Company is structured very lateral which makes your position feel stagnant.
