Pros

Good relocation services. Fairly flexible hours. Big and green campus. Very interesting work and touches peoples lives. Exposure to customers and events a great plus.

Cons

Starting salary is the key. Don't fail to get most at first. Need to open offices in other US cities for better talent management.

Great company, but management needs to be improved

Pros

- Work/Life Balance - Great products, leader in its domain - They don't lay off people, they try to accomodate their needs with the staff they have, and offer training accordingly

Cons

- Salary is very low at the beginning, it can get better with the years... - Poor management is not being taken care of properly, they'd rather try to make everyone get along, even though it is counter-productive, than rearrange the teams to improve communication issues.
