Pros

This is the most interesting place I've worked in my career. There's a lot of satisfaction in the work itself. The medical and dental insurance premiums are 100% paid for by the company.

Cons

Salary is not commensurate with comparable jobs at the same experience level in large cities.

Pros

The ESRI campus is built into a well forested and relaxing area of Redlands. The people have a very family like level of concern and the level of pressure within the organization is not very high. Jack is an AMAZING guy, period.

Cons

The atmosphere is very relaxed. They are very degree centered and that poses a problem for people who might slip between the cracks. If they are ever noticed due to government requirements they will be dismissed.

Pros

Great environment.Peers are ready for help.Good place to learn. The company has a good campus.A lot of innovation going in there.

Cons

As a intern ,your work won't be considered significant compared to full time employee, which is kind of obvious .You will learn a lot here.
