Lots of very smart people working on software that helps shape the world around us. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of clear career path for younger employees. Not very remote-friendly.

Laid back environment offering flexible work hours and good benefits. The property feels like a college campus. Overall a nice place to work.

Cons

salary below market rates but the benefits are great. this place is a billion dollar business that is still run like a family business.
