      Pros

      - Best to be if you want to learn GIS technology. Latest and the best knowledge available.

      Cons

      Very poor salary, no raise, no bonus. Higher management favors only people whom they are friendly with. Others are considered as 'slaves'. No matter how much effort you put in your work, very little or no recognition
