Pros

Paid health insurance and some friendly co-workers although they take awhile to get to know.

Cons

Disjointed, controlling and uninspiring management. Pay way below standard given the pressure and expectations. Not much in the way of backslapping with this organization. Intimidation seems to be the management style to extract what they perceive is acceptable performance.

Pros

Work-life balance, benefits, the employees, the campus. The ability to move teams to find the right fit.

Cons

Coming from a public company to Esri is a big adjustment. Very standard processes at a public company become a little convoluted with approval processes here.

Pros

If you want to be lazy and just coast by you'll fit right in with everyone else.

Cons

Incompetent, unqualified coworkers and zero chance for growth internally. No incentive for hard work.
