Pros

Benefit package is pretty strong, great health, dental, etc. and an excellent paid time off program IF you are exempt.

Cons

There is a poor balance of positions, if you are exempt, the world is your oyster, but if you are nonexempt you are a prisoner. The ability to bank hours for exempt employees encourages working long hours with little productivity. There is no career development, once you survive the incredibly lengthy interview process you are in, but you aren't going anywhere. All skills and knowledge have to be self taught as system encourages a lazy work environment and lack of knowledge sharing.

Pros

The Medical, Dental and vision Benefits. A good 401K and for course profit sharing. Plus there are some really nice people that I work with.

Cons

The fact that we are watched as if we were children. Management knows all and takes away things that you do good.

Pros

Laid back environment, people are nice, nobody gets on your case...there are some very smart people with opportunities to learn from them, the technology is very interesting with lots of future prospects. The employers are very employee oriented people.

Cons

No encouragement, no feedback or prospects of growth, hire seniors from outside instead. pretty random management style which is antiquated, lack direction, and depends on the whims of people, no improvement with work situation, have to deal with same people who dont do their jobs. no consequences if people dont do their jobs, so you have to keep taking the same stress over and over again.
