      Pros

      It’s no longer just enough to deliver personalized customer experiences. These experiences have to be smarter, faster and in the right context. I am compelled to be part of this exciting role and passionate about taking customer experience to greater heights.

      Cons

      Most organizations are still faced with the challenge of coming up with a good customer- centric culture. My passion to delivering better experiences and being the true voice of the customer may at times be mis-interpreted by individual team members who still lack the true definition of customer experience.
