Pros

Depends on your management of course, but decent work life balance. I like that I am always challenged to learn and grow. Great role if you are a "lifelong learner." Private company which is nice.

Cons

Solution Engineers seem to be overworked by Account Managers. Usually, it is a 3 to 1 ratio in terms of Account Managers to Solution Engineers. Outside hires get way more for salary than internal promotions, but internal promotions seem to get pushed harder in terms of "onboarding." Sometimes I hear people missing out on personal life events to do work, which some people are okay with but personally I like to spend time with family and friends. Currently hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home), but not sure how long that will last. Big on being forced to come into office.
