Pros

I started off working at Esri right after college and it has a culture that is welcoming of new grads. The people are great and I learned so much. I will forever be grateful to everyone who unofficially became my mentors. The only reason I left was because I found a job with a salary increase at a location I’ve always imagined myself living in. At Esri, it is also easy to move to different positions within the company as long as you do your work excellently and have a passion to learn. I would recommend this company to all new grads.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons.

Pros

Spectacular benefits & work life balance

Cons

As a woman, Advancing on my team is near impossible. Only males on the analyst team get promoted or noticed. I noticed that women tend to struggle more. The only way to get the full esri experience is to pivot into another team.
