      Esri does respect its employees and the salary is fair in my opinion.

      Esri's campus can be very sterile and I would never live in Redlands again

      flexible work environment, and friendly and supportive colleagues. A team of nice people who are always ready to help. Pay and benefits also competitive.

      Cons

      Slow processing and requests, and administrative processes can be slow, affecting the pace at which projects move forward. And company's structure involves many levels, which can sometimes not good for effective communication.
