Pros

The company has a good understanding and product for GIS space. The company benefits from good employee retention

Cons

The software used to build the software is based on 90's windows api's. The work can get quite customized to the GIS industry.

Pros

Work life balance. Rural style old campus.

Cons

Old people; doesn't care. No career path. Hr , management, policies, infrastructure not in sync. Old technology and coding. Puts you in a comfort zone , and after some years of experience you'll find that you have lost much in terms of knowledge, technology, living style, etc instead of gaining much. Like an addictive Drug. Literally zero competitive nature compared to current tech market. Poor pay. No drinking water. Get your own - everything.
