Pros

Very stable revenue, pressure free, if you have other focuses in life this is the job for you to relax. System is widely used in many industries.

Cons

Very antiquated development style, mediocre/incompetent colleagues, worst codebase I've seen, full of bugs, no standard. No product vision/product management, everything is hit or miss. If you are coming out of college and looking for growth, this is not the place for you. You can get the same pay in a decent startup that will accelerate your career.

Pros

Cozy environment, Less stress (if you're into it), most of people have their office. I heard they're going to give employees "levels", like senior software engineer.

Cons

+ The codebase here is pretty chaotic: tons of duplicate code/product, antique technologies (ex. COM is still a thing here; I also saw some C++/CX in other team). + Tests are FAR FROM enough... + Some old timers want to live in legacy code forever but others want to use modern C++ and no one want to regulate the style so the C++ codebase is pretty terrible. + (personal rant) During the interview, I was asked some modern C++ stuff (ex. move semantic, lambda) but the team lead stopped me from using them in the real work here because the old timer *doesn't trust the new standard*!!! So...what's the point asking those questions in the interview as if the company is using new technology? + Low paid. Redlands is not some cheap city anymore but it's still a boring place in the middle of desert.
