Pros

- Excellent work/life balance. - You will work with some very smart and awesome people - They will provide you with resources including hardware if you request it

Cons

- The pay is only slightly above average - HQ Location: Although very close to LA, Redlands itself is a very small city with barely anything to do

We appreciate you taking time to leave a review and are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time working here! We find one of the perks of living in or near Redlands is its central location to beaches, mountains and desert communities. Lots of activities just a short drive away.

Pros

Cheap city, relatively safe neighbourhood, no traffic jam

Cons

Zero Growth, your coworker would be way less smart and less productive than those you will find in Bay Area, you will learn things slower since their code quality and project management are even worse than most of mainstream open source projects. Low paid, you can find a company that pays you six figures in Orange County or double your current salary if you move to bay area, I know they are expensive but paying half of what others would offer is definitly underpay

Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly improving and innovating development philosophies across the many software development teams responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring quality for the ArcGIS platform. Wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
