- Relaxed environment - Good people

Cons

- Pay is less than average. And you don't get any equity. We were told to look at ESRI like owners but the pay does not reflect that. - You'll lose skills rather than gaining it. - You'll never be on the cutting edge. You'll be very far away from it. - No career mobility, most of the time you'll stay in your same position. - Redlands is just a boring, expensive place where nothing happens. - Technical debt is huge here!

Pros

Nice campus, good benefits, nice people. Working for an environmentally proactive company. Flexible hours.

Cons

Poor pay, raises. Project Managers with no technical experience in charge of technical projects. For me at least. Redlands. Stuck in same job for the entire time.

Pros

Learned a lot working there. Good people. Good work life balance. Lots of opportunities to take on new interesting work.

Cons

They're a little below the industry average for software engineer pay. But really it was worth it for what I learned there and for the mellow atmosphere.
