Pros
Essent Guaranty offers excellent PTO schedule, when available stock options, and good 401 matches. If you work in or near the Corporate office, you are working with a group of professionals and have the opportunity to "Grow" within the company .
Cons
There are certain departments that get special treatment than others, rules apply to certain departments and not others. "Depending on what department you are in." Nepotism, unprofessional and inexperienced management that provides minimal training and unrealistic expectations.
