Pros

- Very talented workforce from whom you can learn and work cross-functionally with ease. - Supportive environment and management, open to innovation. - Performance is measured fairly and promotions are certainly meritorious. - Compensation is good; in my case it included health insurance, free products twice a year (about 10 products per round from different brands, worth about USD 300 per free product box). - Work from home (amount of days per week depends on your role and location, I think). - 30 work from abroad days per year.

Cons

Processes seem to never get to a standard operation level. Modifications happen very constantly, so work in the role never seems to be straightforward. Stakeholders want changes to details or back-end information very frequently, which leads to stress and long working hours on having to modify deliverables every round.
