I guess I would wonder why this person stayed for 3 years being so unhappy. We have been in business for 31 years while many of our competitors have gone by the way side. I will not go line by line but I would like to address a couple of points. I have stated many times that we want you to be happy working here or any job. We all spend so much time working that we should be sure we are doing work that we enjoy. It is nothing personal but if your job or the company are not a good fit for you then I will personally work with you to help you improve your situation in the company or help you find a job elsewhere. It does not do the company or the employee any good to be staying at a job that makes them unhappy. While I try to make statements like this in a positive way I guess this person construed it negatively. We wish this and any employee that leaves the best of luck on their future endeavors.
