Thank you for your feedback. Working in customer service or technical support can be stressful and may seem monotonous at times. It takes special individuals and teams to successfully navigate working through customer issues but at the same time, it can be very rewarding to help people resolve issues.
One of our core values is to "provide an exceptional customer experience." Our customer service and technical support departments are at the front line of providing this experience although we believe it is a mission everyone in our company shares.
One of our other core values is to "enjoy a fit, friendly, and fun work and lifestyle". It appears that in this person's case, we may not have lived up to our core values. We will continue to strive to help everyone here at ESI have a great work experience.
