Management is way to involved in every little task
Salaries are poor, compared to averages for in the industry
In order to even get cost of living raises you have to work 50+ hours a week
They want work-o-holics, but don't provide the environment for them to shine
Opinions of those lower than management don't exist or matter
Ideas of company perks are free popcorn and a in house convenience store ( which you have to pay for )
