Very busy workplace, they don’t spend much time being proactive about problems.

Friendly environment and decent pay. Growing company with great benefits. Owners are very engaged with the entire company, competing in softball tournaments.

Cons

Very high stress. Lots of technology problems. No quick solution to any issues. Shut down Operations quickly due to weather.
