      Pros

      The hours were good, and I enjoyed that I had my own office. That was about it.

      Cons

      I was hired to do one job, but by the end I was doing dispatch, line haul, appointment setting and HR jobs on top of my own while most of those people just talked behind peoples' back, or was trying to get into the boss's pants. They they stopped giving me hours 3 months before I was due to have my baby so they didn't have to give me maternity leave, but wanted to keep me on the books.

      Pros

      Company is Financially Stable due to owners deep pockets.

      Cons

      Primarily controlled by 1-2 people in the HR Dept. regardless of facts presented. Very Biased Not Employe Friendly Lack of Judgement and Character Pay not on par with other companies for Salaried Associates Technology is Outdated and Is more of a hindrance for the associates.
