      Fast paced, chilled work environment, great pay, good benefits

      Needs structure, dispatch and csr's needs improvement. More training to provide better service would help

      Pros

      Not many good things you can say about this job really. Other than pay, but even that is hard to say.

      Cons

      Very disorganized work place, you have forklifts crashing into one another. Freight being rammed into the trailers inside not properly strapped or air bagged. Damaged freight being shipped and not taken care of. I mean it's a mess! Coworkers were rude and impatient with the new guys. Absolutely horrible.

      Good people to work with. Pretty flexible hours. Good family, life, work balance. Ok benefits as long as you stay in network

      Cons

      Small office favoritism. Hard to advance unless you're a suck up or working on your CDL
