The vacation policy is the worst in the industry. They claim to have an open door policy, but although the door is always open, they are in no way interested in solving either their or your issues. When you walk through the door, their primary concern is how to get you out. They treat their customers the same way which makes working as a city driver an unpleasant experience. Management is, for the most part, very unprofessional and completely devoid of leadership skills. They are arrogant and condescending. I would look elsewhere for employment if I was just starting out.
