Poor management Nepotism across the company system is horrid . Hire unqualified managers Training in several aspects aren’t there . Lack of accountability is palpable. Far too much responsibility for drivers Fight constantly to be paid for work performed. Technology isn’t on par with other ltl companies.

Liars. Back stabbers. Promise good pay and a good work life balance but go back on their words within months. Horrible management no training.
