Growing but not fast enough

Pros

regular raises (small) holidays off provides equipment to home reps great tech support holiday gifts

Cons

managers do not reply to emails time off requesting is odd and low tech (it is not a first request first approve.) if you request time off a year prior they will not let you know approval or denial until 10 days before the request date. not enough staff hold times for customer and staff are 20 mins + all request even HR and payroll are routed through customer Service

Pros

Got terminal manager fired. Before him it was great. Had an approachable terminal manager who used to be a driver and had an understanding of freight top to bottom.

Cons

Should have gotten the people in office fired also. Hiring idiots from other trucking companies who try to bring in ideas that didn't work where they used to be employed, mainly upper management

Pros

Great company with excellent benefits. Competitive compensation and safety orientated. I've enjoyed the opportunity to be employed by this company and it has definitely been a blessing to my family and I.

Cons

Although I believe that this is a great company to work for, the hours that you put in can be a bit long. The compensation is more than fair, so that kinda makes up for the long hours. At times, the communication can be a little better, but overall, a very great place to work in my opinion!
