      Pros

      Good wage equipment better than others I've driven for. Would return to work if right opening comes available. Recommend as good job.

      Cons

      Hours unpredictable plenty of work just hard to make plans for personal life. Dispatch needed to run routes to have better understanding of what p and d drivers are up against daily.

      Pay is above average for what most other carriers pay.

      Cons

      Cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Hours change frequently and with little notice and the only thing that is guaranteed is your start time you could work 8 hours or you could work 13. No overtime till after 55 hours.
