Pros

Stable Company good pay great benefits. The drivers stay for a long time. My son in-law has worked there for 14 years and absolutely loves it and supports his family.

Cons

I wish more jobs for full-time. I left to get a full-time job. I wish I had stayed. I would have still had my job at STS

Pros

If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Good pay. Your experience depends on you. Non union, so you earn respect for your work ethic. If your lazy don't bother.

Cons

Any company you will work for, you will have to deal with people. This company requires teamwork. It is not always easy, but it's life learn how to deal with it. It used to have more of a family run feel, but since has had to adapt to changing times. HR dept. Is only there to support management. Like any job it will depend on who your management is.

Great Pay, Great coworkers. I'm not into it, but they have a preacher on site for you to talk to at your own will.

Cons

Low hours, unpredictable freight. You might get 30 hours this week and 15 next week. Even if you are hired full time, you are guaranteed to stay full time if they don't have the freight to be worked.
