      Great Company Overall - Augusta, GA Terminal

      Pros

      The company offers great pay and benefits to everyone. Pay is weekly and benefits begin after 90 days. The company's excellent medical plan is self funded. The dental plan is par for the course while the vision plan is limited to the walmart-type variety. There's good morale among all those outside of management.

      Cons

      The management needs an overhaul. The terminal manager doesn't believe in firing anyone(ie: driver supervisor); therefore, loads aren't always properly picked or loaded, resulting in a screwed up day for the drivers (LTL). However, upper management is on to the situation and things are beginning to come down the chain. I see changes coming soon.

      Very strict policies, harsh working environment, odd working hours. You will get written up even if 1 minute late
