Pros
good pay, good oppurunity to advance yourself they pretty much only promote from within the company
Cons
no overtime pay until after 55 hours, the rules change so often, they want to write you up for every mistake you make, they dont look at you in a proper way meaning everyone is replaceable to them, when freight slows down hours get cut drastically.
