There were no PROS other than being able to tell your next employer that you worked customer care.

Cons

management has NO communication, they talk to you as if you are beneath them, underpaid in the least way, no chance to move up in the company without management holding you back because they cant keep anyone. WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY SLAVING THERE! DO NOT APPLY FOR ESTES CORPORATE OFFICE (CUSTOMER CARE)

There are no Pro's at this Company. They don't pay overtime, they have bad insurance, and they treat you like your dirt under there feet. So if your in the market for a good job this is not the place to come.

Cons

With today's CSA score's Mr. Estes is not doing so well. His equipment is run down really bad these days. Bald tires on trucks & trailers, lights that don't work half the time, you name it, it's wrong. The DOT would have a field day with you.

some good people to work with not management... No Overtime pay---- time and a half until after 55 hours....

Cons

used to be a good company..., management likes to bully you around and treat you like crap...also they don't wont to hear about freight being destroyed or damaged.....not good business
