      There were no PROS other than being able to tell your next employer that you worked customer care.

      Cons

      management has NO communication, they talk to you as if you are beneath them, underpaid in the least way, no chance to move up in the company without management holding you back because they cant keep anyone. WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY SLAVING THERE! DO NOT APPLY FOR ESTES CORPORATE OFFICE (CUSTOMER CARE)

      some good people to work with not management... No Overtime pay---- time and a half until after 55 hours....

      Cons

      used to be a good company..., management likes to bully you around and treat you like crap...also they don't wont to hear about freight being destroyed or damaged.....not good business

      When I first started here I thought that I would retire here, BOY WAS I WRONG. There are NO PROS.

      Cons

      It's bad when you got someone in management that thinks he has to be a BULLY & push people around all the time. He has made every woman cry in the office over stupid stuff. And the sad thing is that corp. mgt doesn't believe a word of it when complaints are filled.
